Chef Charles Dubb started his career at New Frontier hotel and casino where he was mentored by executive chef Andrew Bateman. He then worked under executive chef Sean P Hall at the UBC Carpenters as a banquet cook and trained him as sous chef relief for cooks and chefs making soups, sauces, and desserts. Charles then worked with executive chef Michael at LVH with Chef Z. He then went on to be trained by Chef Micheal at the African Italian fusion restaurant Wine 5 Cafe. Chef Charles Dubb has an extensive culinary background working with a long line of chefs at Caesars Palace, Top Golf, HashHouse and Go Go to name a few. He received his certificate for professional cooking from a culinary training academy early in his career.
